Working with sensitive or uncertain horses
Every horse has its own story. Some may feel unsure, disconnected, or overwhelmed — often not because of who they are, but because of past experiences or unclear communication.
My approach support horses in finding calmness, clarity, and responsiveness through thoughtful communication, always adapted to the individual horse.
Understanding basic horse psychology plays an important role in this process. Horses naturally seek clarity, consistency, and guidance within their social structure. When a human offers clear, respectful leadership, the horse can begin to feel safe, understood, and more willing to engage.

My training is an important part of the journey, but lasting progress often comes when communication becomes clearer and more consistent on both sides.

My name is Tomislav Marčenić - Tom, a horse trainer and instructor from Croatia 
based in Inwill, Switzerland 
I work with owners who want more than “control”, they want a relationship.
My work is based on:
developing awareness, energy, and body language of the rider/owner

The goal is not obedience through fear, but cooperation through trust.
